WireFree Guard: Limited Warranty and Support
1. Limited Warranty Statement
THE SEVEN GOLDEN STORE LLC (The Company) warrants this WireFree Guard solar security camera product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One (1) Year from the date of retail purchase (The Warranty Period).
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, The Company will, at its sole discretion, either:

(1) Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.

(2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or manufactured from serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

(3) Refund the purchase price of the product.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers only manufacturer defects in the materials and workmanship of the product under normal conditions. This includes failures related to:

The internal camera sensor or lens.

The main internal circuit board or chipset.

The integrated solar panel or the internal rechargeable battery.
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Limited Warranty expressly excludes and does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage due to general aging or deterioration from regular use.

Accident or Misuse: Damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow instructions, negligence, or abuse (e.g., dropping the device).

External Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters (fires, floods, lightning strikes) or external electrical issues.

Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by modifying or altering the product without the Company’s written permission.

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or broken plastic not affecting the functionality.

Theft or Loss: Loss of the product due to theft or misplacement.
4. Claims Process
To obtain service under this warranty, the Customer must first:

Contact Support: Email our Support Team at support@WireFreeGuard.com with a detailed description of the defect.

Provide Proof: The Customer must provide the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase date.

Troubleshooting: The Support Team will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely.

Return Authorization: If the issue cannot be resolved, the Company will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the defective unit back. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
5. Refund Policy
Please note that our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers returns and refunds for any reason within 30 days of delivery. The 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to product defects that occur after the initial return period has expired.
Commitment to Quality: Our IP67 Waterproof rating ensures that damage from rain and dust is highly unlikely, but the warranty protects against internal mechanical failures
