WireFree Guard Refund & Returns Policy
1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products purchased directly from WireFree Guard. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within the specified period from the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
2. Eligibility and Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:
Timeframe: The return request is initiated within [30/60] days of the original delivery date.
Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.
Original Packaging: The original packaging must be intact and not significantly damaged or defaced.
Items NOT eligible for return include:
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
Products returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Support: Email our Returns Department at support@WireFreeGuard.com within the guarantee period.
Provide Information: In your email, please include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and photographs (if the item is damaged).
Receive RMA: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a unique RMA number and detailed instructions on where to send the product.
Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds Processing
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (condition and original packaging).
Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7-10 business days. (The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will cover all shipping costs to either replace the item or issue a full refund, according to our 1-Year Limited Warranty terms.
